<li><strong>Technical Adaptability</strong>: A fast learner who can quickly become comfortable with MSP terminology and basic financial concepts (e.g., EBITDA, recurring revenue).</li>
<li><strong>Tool Proficiency:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Hands-on experience using HubSpot for CRM and ZoomInfo for lead intelligence, or similar tools, is a must.</li>
