Position: Store Sales Assistant / Retail Promoter

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our retail team. Training will be provided, and fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply. If you enjoy interacting with customers and have a passion for sales, we welcome you to be part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers into the store.
• Promote products and assist walk-in customers with their purchasing needs.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and an attractive product display.
• Support daily retail operations including store opening and closing.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to engage customers and generate sales.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and retail skills.
• Able to multitask (sales, cashiering, and basic housekeeping).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
