<br> <ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the cosmetics industry, focusing on engagement, reach, and conversion.<br></li> <li>Identify, vet, and manage relationships with micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers in the beauty and lifestyle space.<br></li> <li>Create and manage influencer campaign briefs, contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.<br></li> <li>Monitor and analyse social media KPIs (engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversion, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.<br></li> <li>Produce and curate high-quality, platform-optimized content (videos, reels, stories, carousels) that align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.<br></li> <li>Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and beauty consumer behaviour.<br></li> <li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual and written content for campaigns.<br></li> <li>Report regularly on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.<br></li> <li>Manage social media community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.<br></li> <li>Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with targeted influencer and social media initiative.<br></li> </ul><br><br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.<br></li> <li>2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and influencer marketing within the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry.<br></li> <li>Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns, including negotiation, content oversight, and performance evaluation.<br></li> <li>Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.<br></li> <li>Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content formats and best practices.<br></li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.<br></li> <li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.<br></li> <li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.<br></li> <li>Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) is a plus.<br></li> <li>Proven track record of increasing brand visibility, engagement, and sales through digital channels.<br></li> <li>Located in Ahmedabad or willing to work remotely with local presence for collaboration.<br></li> </ul><br><br>
