[Remote] Workday Project Manager

Zeektek is seeking a Project Manager IV to support the Workday ERP initiative by leading complex, cross-functional IT projects across enterprise business systems. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects with significant organizational impact, while ensuring alignment with PMI-based project standards. Responsibilities Building project work plans Managing communication and risk plans Driving issue resolution Supporting workflow process redesign Developing metrics Measuring outcomes Contributing to ROI analysis Assigning tasks Coordinating project resources Overseeing other PM and coordinator work as needed Ensuring deliverables remain aligned with PMI-based project standards Skills 5+ years of project management experience leading complex IT, ERP, or enterprise business system projects Experience directing cross-functional teams across regional, operating unit, or system-level initiatives Experience managing three or more concurrent projects with larger scope, budget, duration, or organizational impact Experience developing project work plans, communication plans, risk plans, and issue resolution strategies Proficiency in project management tools, standards, and PMI-aligned methodology Ability to manage workflow redesign, metric development, measurement, and ROI analysis Ability to assign project tasks and oversee Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and team deliverables Strong independent PM capability with ability to keep discussions focused and manage smaller projects without close oversight Experience with Workday ERP or enterprise resource planning projects Experience in healthcare IT or large health system environments Experience with workforce management or business operations projects Experience supporting capital project tracking, ServiceNow projects, or Kronos project coding Ability to partner with Digital Portfolio Services, Enterprise Business Systems, and operational stakeholders Company Overview Zeektek is an IT recruiting and solutions firm.
