[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Procurement

The Sr. Analyst, Procurement will manage supplier relationships, drive cost reduction initiatives, and perform subcontract management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to enhance procurement processes and performance. Responsibilities Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance Drive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements to drive flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projects Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms) Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct business Skills Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required Experience Analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determine proposal compliance Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review Experience placing Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity Experienced in contributing to the successful completion of a project which enhanced performance within an area of responsibility SAP based environment experience Ability to successfully execute a competitive procurement including development of evaluation criteria Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short-term disability Long-term disability 401(k) match Flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules Employee assistance program Employee Scholar Program Parental leave Paid time off Holidays Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement Company Overview RTX operates as an aerospace and defense company as it solves the hardest problems in aerospace and defense.
