Role: –ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery Specialist Bill Rate: $80/hour C2C Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months/ long-term Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Zoom Direct Client Requirement Job Description: We are looking for two experienced Sr. ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in implementing ServiceNow Discovery solutions, both native and AWS Cloud, and hold relevant certifications. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Native Discovery: Implement and manage ServiceNow Native Discovery to ensure accurate discovery of IT assets and configuration items. AWS Cloud Discovery: Implement and manage ServiceNow AWS Cloud Discovery to integrate cloud resources into the CMDB. Certification: Hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery certification. Collaboration: Work closely with IT operations and cloud teams to ensure alignment and integration of discovery processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow Native Discovery and AWS Cloud Discovery. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery certification. Strong understanding of ITOM and CMDB principles. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
