This full‑time, remote position is based in the Central Time Zone, with a primary focus on candidates residing in or near Memphis, TN. You will work a flexible schedule that spans Monday through Friday, 7 am – 9 pm CT, with occasional Saturday coverage. The role is high‑energy, high‑volume, and performance‑driven, requiring you to manage 60–80 outbound calls per hour while also handling inbound inquiries for insurance quotes.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using pre‑approved scripts and real‑time data insights.
- Engage prospects with professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge, clearly articulating the benefits of partnering with our insurance carriers.
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision‑making authority, and accurately record all interactions in the CRM.
