[Remote] Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to join their team. The role involves developing and customizing Oracle EBS applications to meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications. Responsibilities Must have the ability to develop and customize Oracle EBS applications to meet business requirements Must be able to customize and extend Oracle OA framework components for tailored user interfaces and workflows Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Must be able to perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Skills Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 7 years of Information Technology experience Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Forms, AOL, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Experience in issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, as well as recommending solutions on complex issues Experience in EBS R12 RICEF technical, Oracle application framework, and Oracle workflow Understanding of catalogue customizations, assessing technical impact, remediate change impact to forms, reports, interfaces, workflows Knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling Understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes Must have the ability to develop and customize Oracle EBS applications to meet business requirements Must be able to customize and extend Oracle OA framework components for tailored user interfaces and workflows Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Must be able to perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Should have an understanding of EBS modules to support upgrade - should support functional testing and defect fixes Experience with Oracle EBS development and implementation Knowledge Oracle OA framework Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain) is a plus Should be able to work with Oracle to resolve any patch issues Experience in fine tuning jobs that deteriorates in performance upgrade Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems Experience and desire to work closely with business users and techno-functional Company Overview Neer Info Solutions is a boutique executive search firm and has been in the search industry since 2005.
