Responsibilities:
Deliver high-impact, empathetic 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions tailored to individuals experiencing major life resets, divorce, or complex family transitions.
Guide clients through objective goal-setting, accountability frameworks, and actionable strategies to build resilience.
Utilize our secure platform tools to communicate professionally with clients and log scheduled sessions.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to standard professional and ethical coaching boundaries.
Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of 2–3 years of verifiable experience in Life Coaching, Relationship/Divorce Coaching, Counseling, or closely related human services fields.
Preferred: Active certification from a recognized governing body (e.g., International Coaching Federation [ICF], Certified Divorce Coach [CDC]) or an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable navigating modern web applications, secure client dashboards, and video conferencing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a deeply structured, solution-oriented approach to client care.
