In this role, you will support the digital marketing and campaign infrastructure, deploying automated email campaigns and analyzing campaign metrics to enhance engagement. Responsibilities Deploy sophisticated ad-hoc and recurring email campaigns across diverse business units using the Oracle Eloqua platform Architect and execute end-to-end automated marketing campaigns based on strategic business requirements Build and design responsive emails, landing pages, and web forms utilizing both intuitive WYSIWYG tools and clean HTML/CSS editors Own the quality assurance process by testing, proofing, and gathering feedback to secure final stakeholder approval Coordinate and manage the central email marketing calendar to ensure optimal send frequencies and precise audience segmentation Analyze critical campaign metrics to deliver actionable insights that elevate future marketing performance Skills At least 2 years of dedicated professional experience in digital marketing or IT, with a specialized focus on marketing automation Proven, hands-on proficiency with Oracle Eloqua to build, launch, and troubleshoot multi-stage campaigns A solid foundation in core web technologies, including basic HTML and CSS coding for email rendering A strong process-oriented mindset, capable of analyzing complex requests, scoping technical options, and collaborating with internal technology partners Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to seamlessly guide internal stakeholders through technical marketing workflows Benefits 100% remote schedule Company Overview Randstad US is a wholly owned subsidiary of Randstad Holding nv, a global provider of human resources solutions.
