Responsibilities Lead and develop a cybersecurity team responsible for incident response, threat detection, SOC operations, and security engineering Direct cyber incident investigations from detection through containment, recovery, and root cause analysis while coordinating cross-functional response efforts Drive detection engineering, threat modeling, security metrics, and continuous improvements to strengthen the organization's cyber defense posture Skills 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in SOC, Incident Response, or Threat Detection 3+ years of leadership experience Hands-on experience leading cyber incident investigations Managing or partnering with MSSP/MDR providers Strong knowledge of security operations, digital forensics, threat detection, and incident response CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, or related certifications Company Overview JMJ Phillip Group is a staffing and recruiting company providing boutique recruiting services.
