Below you will find information on the different service lines and positions we're currently hiring for, as well as information about schedules, training, and pay ranges.Veterinary Industry Representative II, Job DescriptionThe Veterinary Industry Representative II (VIR) position is responsible for responding to incoming cases through SafetyCall International via telephone regarding potential adverse events and other questions or concerns from pet owners and veterinary professionals related to various products. The VIR will take full histories and details of the events, triage the cases, and provide accurate medical, health, and safety information to the callers. VIR's document each case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary to ensure the well-being of the animals and facilitate adverse event reporting. Given the nature of the position, many pet owners are calling under stressful circumstances and are therefore in distress. VIRs must be able to manage cases under pressure and be comfortable talking to people in various emotional states.Full Time Schedule OptionsMid Shift• Works 40 hours per week, 4 days a week, 10.5 hour shifts• Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 10am-1030pm CST, shift start and end times are scheduled in advance and will from day to day• Works every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and rotating holidays• Work weeks run Saturday through Friday.• Schedules are issued several weeks in advance.Float Shift (includes a $3/hour shift differential)• Works 40 hours per week; 4 shifts per week, each shift is 10.5 hours long• Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 5am-230am CST.
