As a Seller Support Associate, you will help sellers resolve issues, improve their performance, and provide them with the tools and knowledge they need to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Amazon sellers via phone, email, and chat

• Assist sellers with a wide range of inquiries including product listings, account issues, and sales performance

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to improve seller experience

• Help sellers navigate Amazons platform and policies, offering guidance on best practices

• Review and analyze seller data to offer actionable advice on how to improve performance

• Ensure sellers understand and comply with Amazons guidelines and policies

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and issue resolutions

Qualifications & Requirements

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided

• Strong communication skills, especially written and verbal English

• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and problem-solve

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
