Recruitment Intern [May/June Intake]

Location: Ara Damansara (Walking Distance from LRT Ara Damansara Station)

Working Day: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 10am - 6pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who is energetic, organized, and interested in talent acquisition and people engagement. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real exposure in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Assist recruiters with hiring activities and follow-ups
• Support job posting and employer branding initiatives
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

Requirements

• Internship students from Diploma/Degree of Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields
• Passionate in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
