InnovaCare Management Services Company, LLC<p></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Job Functions </b></p><ul><li>Support recruiters and hiring managers in posting open positions and searching for qualified candidates.</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support throughout the entire recruitment and hiring process.</li><li>Help source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate candidate communications, including scheduling interviews and maintaining timely follow-up.</li><li>Conduct initial phone screenings to verify candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as drug screenings, onboarding paperwork, and new hire documentation, including I9s and E-Verify.</li><li>Prepare regular recruitment reports, including hiring activity, interview status updates, and recruiting metrics.</li><li>Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies as well as federal, state, and local employment laws.</li><li>Monitor recruitment workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.</li><li>Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends and labor market conditions to support recruiting efforts.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills </b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least one to two years in the recruitment field.</span></li><li>Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management.</li><li>Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective healthcare client.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and targets.</li><li>Ability to understand and analyze people.</li><li>Well organized and detail oriented.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Physical & Mental Requirements</u></b>:</p><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 100 pounds of force</li><li>Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle</li><li>Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or machinery</li><li>Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing</li><li>Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving</li><li>Occasionally requires exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids</li><li>Ability to discriminate shades of color when reading a dipstick.</li></ul><p></p><div><p><b><i>The information listed above is not comprehensive of all <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">duties/responsibilities</span> performed.
