They are currently looking to add a Property Manager to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$80k plus 10% Incentive Bonus
Position Overview
There is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join the team for our client’s beautiful community. Responsibilities Of The Property Manager
Managing of 300 – 400 residential units / new build
Managing the Assistant Property Manager
Preparing annual budgets and completing monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Involvement in leasing, credit and collections, marketing
Ensure compliance with all fair housing regulations
Qualifications For The Property Manager
3 – 5 years of market rent/residential property management experience
Familiarity with leasing, credit and collections, marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, & Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate others
Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements
High school diploma is required
