Description:

  • Build coordination with central teams and track operational metrics for safe vehicle recovery operations.
  • Lead daily stand-ups between engineering and local operations teams to align infrastructure with vehicle deployment schedules.
  • Direct depot logistics and Day 1 playbooks to prepare cross-functional teams for commercial launch.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for internal teams and regulatory agencies to resolve blockers and keep launch timelines on track.
  • Build and maintain relationships with transit authorities and emergency services to support safe community integration.
  • Translate regional infrastructure data and community dynamics into actionable feature requests for the central product roadmap.
  • Audit operational logs and identify market-specific risks to ensure compliance with municipal permit requirements.
  • Coordinate incident response, vehicle movements, partners, vendors, depot teams, and centralized operations to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in safety-critical transportation workflows, autonomous driving, aviation, or high-stakes logistics.
  • Proven experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and maintaining regulatory and operational standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage real-time incident response and complex vehicle movements in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems in transportation while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor recovery trends and improve fleet availability using data.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate technical requirements between centralized operations and local field teams.
  • Experience working with state or municipal DOTs and autonomous vehicle permitting (preferred).
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker to build performance dashboards and track KPIs (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $159,000 to $196,000 USD.
