Professional Services Consultant Sr

<p><b>Duties & Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.</li><li>Interact with members of cross-functional teams.</li><li>Assist Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules and activities for an area of the project.</li><li>Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and Customer organizations.</li><li>Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks.</li><li>Ensure all deliverables in area of responsibility is delivered on time and on budget.</li><li>Perform training and knowledge sharing with peers.</li><li>Perform customer core team training.</li><li>Keep up on skill / certifications for new or enhanced products.</li><li>Obtain certain level of certification in an area outside of core competency.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Ability to meet utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time</li><li>Project management skills and strong technical background are required</li><li>Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available</li><li>resources and monitor the performance of project tasks</li><li>Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently.</li><li>Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.</li><li>Expertise in all core modules of the software</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals</li><li>Ability to travel up to 100%</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p></p><p>7+ years applicable manufacturing , supply chain , and/or manufacturing accounting experience,<br>and/or demonstrated success/knowledge<br>5+ years of consulting experience preferred<br>Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)<br>Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with industry</p><div><p><b><span>About Epicor</span></b><span> </span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span><span>At Epicor, </span><span>we’re</span><span> truly a team.
