Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations.

• Monitor production schedules to meet output and delivery targets.

• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and company procedures.

• Lead, train, and motivate production operators and line workers.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.

• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with factory regulations.

• Prepare production reports, shift records, and inventory updates.

• Minimize downtime, waste, and production errors through process improvement.

• Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.

• Enforce GMP, HACCP, and food/beverage manufacturing standards where applicable.

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Previous supervisory experience in beverage, bottled water, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of production planning and quality control processes.

• Ability to work shifts and under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and factory operation.
