Product Manager, Enterprise Portfolio

Job Description:

• Serve as the enterprise TPM for risk, compliance, and regulatory programs
• Own risk and regulatory initiatives that impact multiple products and technical platforms
• Define and manage cross‑organizational scope, timelines, and priorities
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, and Product teams to align on requirements
• Drive cross‑organizational product development
• Ensure teams understand regulatory expectations and build compliant solutions
• Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on products and platforms
• Create a framework that ensures products meet risk and compliance expectations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of data, platforms, and analytics
• Ability to gather the right information, see patterns across teams, and drive consistent standards
• Comfort working in a matrix organization with many partners
• Clear communication skills
• Experience influencing engineering teams on requirements, architecture expectations, and scalable delivery
• Strong ownership mindset; able to manage cross‑team dependencies and drive commitments to completion
• Hands‑on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other workflow tools
• Experience working with global teams across time zones
• Preferred Experience in data governance, information security, and risk management
• Background working with regulatory frameworks or compliance programs
