JSK Group is poised to launch new property development initiatives in Sabah. Due to our rapid business expansion, JSK Group of Companies is looking for dedicated and competent personnel to join our Property Development and Construction division.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to assist the Group Manager to plan and organize all activities within the procurement functions for the Building Materials & Constuction Division. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, negotiating, procuring, logistic arrangements, customs, product inspection, and liaising with individual Departments / Companies under the Property Development & Constuction business.
Ensure strict cost control to guarantee budget conformity.
Responsible for coordinating timely order processing, delivery scheduling, and transport arrangement.
Prior Exposure to Building Materials & Constuction industry a prerequisite.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Procurement, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in sourcing/procurement is required for this position.
Preferably Procurement Managers specializing in Building Materials & Constuction Division or equivalent.
Applicants must be IT literate and have knowledge of ISO.
