<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Summary:</b></u></p>The Pricing Analyst is responsible for playing a key role in developing pricing strategies that <br>support the sales and operations teams across Canada and the US. This role involves <br>analytical work that will directly contribute to competitive proposals, long-term customer <br>relationships, and the financial health of a growing business. <br><br>This role reports to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><p><b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Duties/Responsibilities: </span></b><br>• Develop and manage advanced Excel-based pricing models for sales opportunities, <br>ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with profitability targets.<br>• Build supporting materials for pricing approvals and present financial assumptions to <br>Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.<br>• Analyze pricing, cost, and performance data to deliver actionable insights and <br>recommendations to leadership.<br>• Construct customer-specific pricing models for long-term support agreements, <br>incorporating value analysis and obtaining internal approvals.<br>• Forecast long-term support revenue streams, identifying risks in revenue and third-party costs in collaboration with the customer support team.<br>• Maintain proposal records to build pricing standards and support consistent product <br>segmentation.<br>• Prepare End of Month commentary and supporting files summarizing long-term <br>support performance and variances for key stakeholders.<br>• Refresh and maintain the Analytics File to support End of Quarter reporting and <br>executive decision-making.<br>• Produce the Maintenance Ratios Report and Attrition File to track key performance <br>indicators and customer contract trends.<br>• Perform Deferred Revenue Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.<br>• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support as required. <br>• Other duties as assigned.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b> <br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex <br>financial ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br>• Proven experience in pricing analysis with solid quantitative and analytical skills.<br>• Demonstrated background in financial analysis, cost modelling, and pricing strategy.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools and <br>other AI toolsets is an asset<br>• Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, logical, and organized with the ability to manage <br>competing priorities under firm deadlines.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software(s).</p><p></p><p><b>Education and Experience:</b> <br>• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and/or<br>2+ years of relevant experience is preferred. <br>• Experience in Net Suite is preferred. </p><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements: </b><br>• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">computer/laptop. </span><br>• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (including domestic and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">international), </span><br>sometimes for extended periods, which may involve sitting during transit and walking <br>at various locations. <br>• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time. </p><p></p><p><b>Disclaimers: </b><br>• All job requirements are subject to possible revision to reflect changes in the position <br>requirements or to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
