<p style="margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Recruit and place assigned or referred HCPs to assignments throughout the U.S. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified HCPs within your designated specialty, while working with your team and coordinating presentations of candidates to account personnel specific to the needs of the clients. Build long-term relationships with HPCs for ongoing assignment opportunities.</span></p>

<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Sell current and upcoming Locums opportunities to future HCPs and submit qualified candidates to fill open positions; work with all account personnel to generate positions for HCPs that may be looking for a specific location</span></li>

<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Maintain the minimum monthly submissions of new and existing candidates, presentations, and outbound calls</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Constantly communicate with candidates regarding compensation, client needs, and any other assignment-related details, including travel and housing, professional liability, and orientation. Respond to questions and process timesheets, via established processes</span></li>

<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Develop marketing paths to attract new candidates that convert to working HCPs</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Negotiate rates with required parties to maintain acceptable margins</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Meet the individualized annual gross revenue goal</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Forecast annual, seasonal, and industry lulls that may affect your business and strategize a plan to combat market/industry changes</span></li>
