Oversee reconciliation and auditing payroll data, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Serve as a technical expert for payroll issues. Ensure payroll procedures are compliant, efficient and current. Develop and implement processes reflecting best practices and continuous improvement. </span></li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Time & Attendance Administration:  Lead day to day time and attendance operations for employees.  Collaborate with the senior accountant to ensure project codes for timekeeping are set up accurately. Ensure time reporting is completed timely by collaborating with the finance team to confirm time allocations have been reviewed and are accurate. Work with program managers and the finance team for any adjustments needed in semi-monthly time review and project code setup and assignment.</span></li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring processes for US-based and international positions. Develop recruitment strategies and relationships with relevant networks. Facilitate thorough interview processes.
