The Loan Officer will be responsible for sourcing leads, guiding clients through the mortgage application process, evaluating financial documents, and recommending appropriate loan products. You will collaborate with underwriting teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with lending regulations. This role offers the flexibility to work both from our Tigard office and remotely.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Proven experience in roles such as Loan Officer, with a strong understanding of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes</li><li>Knowledge and expertise in Underwriting standards and practices</li><li>Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills</li><li>Proficiency with mortgage lending software and tools is a plus</li><li>Relevant certifications or licensing, such as an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment</li></ul>
