<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Contract Integrated Marketing & Community Program Manager</strong> to help bring to life SELF (Software Engineering Leadership Forum), our client's invite-only executive community for CTOs, CIOs, and senior engineering leaders across both prospect and customer audiences.</p>
<p>This role sits at the intersection of <strong>integrated marketing, community building, and executive programming</strong>. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive, high-touch experience across multiple channels and moments, from curated events and content to ongoing member engagement.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is equal parts <strong>program operator, community builder, and integrated marketer,</strong>someone who can connect the dots across teams, orchestrate meaningful experiences, and ensure SELF delivers ongoing value to its members.</p>

<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Own the SELF Member Experience</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
Drive the end-to-end execution of SELF as a <strong>cohesive community experience</strong>, not just a series of campaigns
</li>
<li>
Ensure every touchpoint—from onboarding to events to content—feels intentional, high-quality, and aligned to the community’s value proposition
</li>
<li>
Continuously evolve the program based on member feedback, engagement signals, and strategic priorities
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Lead Integrated Program Execution</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
Orchestrate cross-channel initiatives across <strong>events, content, digital touchpoints, and in-person experiences</strong>
</li>
<li>
Translate high-level strategy into coordinated execution across multiple workstreams and teams
</li>
<li>
Ensure alignment across Field Marketing, Content, Brand, Sales, and Technical stakeholders
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Build & Grow an Executive Community</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
Support member recruitment through <strong>nominations, referrals, and curated outreach strategies</strong>
</li>
<li>
Help design and execute engagement strategies that foster <strong>peer-to-peer connection, thought leadership, and long-term participation</strong>
</li>
<li>
Contribute to shaping the future online community environment and member journey
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Deliver High-Impact Experiences</strong></h3>
<ul>

Lead execution of key program elements including:
<ul>
<li>
Executive dinners and curated in-person gatherings
</li>
<li>
Virtual salons and roundtables
</li>
<li>
Insight-driven content and thought leadership moments
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Ensure each experience delivers value, fosters connection, and reinforces our client's brand with senior leaders
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Drive Program Operations & Alignment</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
Own program timelines, workbacks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution
</li>
<li>
Maintain visibility into priorities, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned
</li>
<li>
Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving, evolving program
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Measure & Optimize Program Impact</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to define success metrics aligned to <strong>engagement, community growth, and influence</strong>
</li>
<li>
Track program performance and identify opportunities to improve experience quality and impact
</li>
<li>
Translate insights into actionable recommendations</li></ul>

<h2><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>
Experience in <strong>integrated marketing, community programs, executive engagement, or experiential marketing</strong> (B2B preferred)
</li>
<li>
Strong track record of managing <strong>cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and touchpoints</strong>
</li>
<li>
Experience building or supporting <strong>communities, advisory boards, executive programs, or strategic events</strong>
</li>
<li>
Ability to operate in ambiguity while creating <strong>structure, clarity, and momentum</strong>
</li>
<li>
Strong communication skills, especially when working with <strong>senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams</strong>
</li>
<li>
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
</li>
<li>
Experience working with both <strong>in-person and digital community experiences</strong> is a strong plus
