style="font-size: 14pt;">Manage end-to-end revenue accounting processes, including review, reconciliation, and reporting of advisory, and professional services.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ensure revenue recognition complies with U.S. GAAP, firm policies, and regulatory requirements applicable to wealth advisory firms.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue-related journal entries and account reconciliations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Partner closely with operations, billing, compliance, and client advisor teams to ensure accurate fee calculation and recording.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Work closely and develop processes with our client transitions and FP&A teams on the revenue impact of net new business.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Oversee and validate calculations tied to revenue, including compensation related.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Serve as the primary revenue subject matter expert during internal and external audits, including preparation of schedules, walkthroughs, and audit support.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Identify, document, and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls over revenue calculations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Analyze revenue trends and variances, providing clear explanations to senior leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support financial statement preparation and related disclosures involving revenue and receivables.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, including revenue accounting and audit exposure</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Prior experience in public accounting, external audit, or internal audit strongly preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy, especially in complex or high-volume data environments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience working in an operating company under PE ownership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Familiarity with advisory fee structures, AUM-based billing, and revenue-related compliance considerations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience supporting SEC or AICPA for the position as of the time of this posting is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. The actual base compensation selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, education, specialty and training.
