Education required: BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Accounting & Finance discipline with a focus in management accounting, costing, and financial analysis.

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a MY university for the duration of your studies / Credit-bearing internship is preferred

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: Between Aug 2026 to Mar 2027 (Minimum 6 months)

What will you do?

As part of our Shared Services Finance team, you’ll gain exposure to both technical and business-facing aspects of management accounting:

  • Be part of monthly accounting close processes for manufacturing sites, including journal entries, operating expense analysis, purchase price variance calculations, and reconciliations.
  • Perform costing and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements for small and low-materiality markets.
  • Contribute to internal and external audit readiness.
  • Assist in annual standard setting and product costing processes.
  • Participate in global transformation projects, including process improvements, digital automation, and standardization initiatives.
