We are looking for candidates who are interested in the industry :
Job Description:
Assists in the day-to-day Livestock field operations; maintenance and upkeep of the overall cattle/ livestock infrastructure
Provide daily Operation progress updates and plan the work activities with the Estate Management Team
Ensures proper recording of cattle stock levels at all times utilizing RFID tags and fire-brand equipment
Plans, manages and executes the Livestock grazing movement with the Estate Management; and coordinates with the Oil Palm Work Programs
Monitors the health and livelihood of the Livestock by preparing mineral licks, animal feeds, vaccination, medical injections, and general tasks for well-being
Carrying-out pregnancy diagnosis from time to time
Identify and propose cattle for sale to the Estate Management Team
Monitoring and managing good pastures suitable for cattle
Periodically assess permanent and temporary cattle fencing
Coordinating with Assistant Estate Manager and Estate Manager on weeding and manuring program
Understands, learns, and uses the digital monitoring and reporting systems implemented by the Company
Proactive in identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise.
Plans and implements efficient work schedules to achieve goals and targets set by Headquarters, able to adapt plans due to unforeseen circumstances
Regularly communicates with Estate Manager, Estate Assistant Manager, supporting staff and workers
Estate Location: Sarawak
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum of Higher Secondary/ SPM level of education; SKM holders can also apply
Preference for at least 2 years of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates with agriculture-related experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply; preference is given for candidates with animal husbandry and veterinary experience
Candidates must display strong leadership qualities, good analytical and problem solving skills; and are proactive, driven, and detail-orientated
Preferred Language: Bahasa Malaysia, and English
Computer literate
Remunerations :
