We’re seeking a <strong>Lead Data Analyst</strong> to guide our data analytics practice and deliver high-impact insights that fuel strategic growth across the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a senior member of the Analytics team, you’ll not only dive deep into datasets but also shape our overall data strategy. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—from <em>marketing</em> to product to operations—to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and influence decision-making at the highest level. You’ll also mentor and coach a team of analysts to help them grow their technical and business acumen.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong command of <em>SQL</em> and <em>Python</em>/R for analysis and modeling</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of leading projects and teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Python, SQL, or Scala</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">AWS, GCP, or Azure</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Kafka or Spark (advantageous)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Google Workspace</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Please NOTE</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
