Job Description

As a Klaviyo Expert at Panty Promise, you will be responsible for managing our email marketing campaigns from conception to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of Klaviyo's platform, advanced email marketing strategies, and data-driven decision-making. You will directly report to the founder and be crucial in using digital communication to amplify our brand’s reach and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue.

• Create and Manage Flows

• Design and implement automated email workflows and personalized customer journeys.

• Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.

• Conduct A/B testing for different aspects of email campaigns and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement.

• Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Must be available to work on a USA EST timeline to align with team and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Klaviyo expert with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful email campaign management.

• In-depth knowledge of Klaviyo’s platform and features, particularly in segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.

• Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and conversion rates.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.

• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

• A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices is highly desirable.
