font-weight: bold">Web Development, Automations & Systems Optimization</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Build and maintain front-end integrations across our JavaScript-based websites and applications</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Design and implement automations that improve workflows across product, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Optimize and expand Acorn’s existing automation systems and integrations</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Identify bottlenecks and develop scalable internal solutions that save time and improve efficiency</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Security, Infrastructure & IT Operations</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Provide occasional technical support for software, systems, and hardware-related issues</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Improve backup infrastructure and restoration reliability</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Deploy endpoint management and remote monitoring solutions</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Help define and enforce security policies across devices, networks, and internal platforms</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Support implementation of endpoint detection & response (EDR), email filtering, SSO, and password management systems</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Improve access controls and organization-wide 2FA implementation</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Contribute to internal security education and operational best practices</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Audit software tools, subscriptions, and operational systems to reduce unnecessary spend</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for optimization and consolidation</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Assist with vendor and account management across platforms such as Apple, Google, and Lenovo</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Experience</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Improve onboarding and offboarding systems for employees, partners, and patients</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Standardize device provisioning and deployment workflows using pre-configured setups</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Help maintain internal documentation and build scalable knowledge management systems</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">What We’re Looking For</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Core Requirements</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">3+ years of experience in JavaScript development</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">1+ year of experience working with automations, integrations, or workflow systems</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and systems</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;
