Interpreter - Mandarin (WFH)

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy</li><li>Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective</li><li>Ability to quickly establish personal credibility</li><li>Ability to follow client's instructions closely</li><li>Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication</li><li>with the permission or at request of the client</li><li>B2 CEFR English Level bilingual with other required languages</li><li>Able to work from home on a permanent basis</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individual with language barrier to understand and communicate to each other</li><li>Handling telephone or video calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of English</li><li>Processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is always professional and courteous</li><li>The interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices. The calls may involve simple or</li><li>complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Salary range: 6000RM - 7000RM with dominant night shift.</p><p>Rotational Shift 24/7 (5 days working and 2 days OFF)</p>
