We are a small luxury spray tan business looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with Instagram outreach and engagement.

This is NOT a spam job. We are looking for someone who understands how to communicate naturally on Instagram and can start real conversations with potential clients.

Your Responsibilities:

* Engage with local Instagram users (local area only)

* Like posts and interact with content before messaging

* Reply to Instagram Stories (fitness, beauty, lifestyle content)

* Send warm, conversational DMs (NOT copy/paste spam)

* Start conversations and hand off interested leads

Daily Tasks:

* 20–30 story replies per day

* Follow 30 New Local Instagram Accounts (Targeted Accounts)

* 10–20 warm DMs per day

* 30–50 likes on targeted accounts

* 5–10 meaningful comments

Important Guidelines:

* Messages must feel natural and human

* No spam behavior or mass messaging

* Must follow Instagram limits to avoid account issues

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience with Instagram outreach or social media engagement

* Strong conversational English (very important)

* Understands how to speak casually and naturally

* Can follow instructions and scripts, but also think on their own

Hours & Pay:

$10 per day (5 days per week)

* Long-term opportunity if results are good

Bonus (Not Required):

* Experience in beauty, fitness, or local service businesses

* Familiar with Instagram culture and trends
