We are the missing piece in oncology treatment: when mental wellness improves, treatment outcomes improve. </span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Role Description: </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">The HR Manager is Adjuvant Behavioral Health’s (ABH) key People Strategy role. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing the company’s Human Resources strategy and processes, including the onboarding and performance management systems for all staff. Additionally, this role will oversee the ambitious growth and Recruiting strategy, accelerating Adjuvant’s growth across the US. Through an ambitious, metric-driven and respectful style, the HR Manager and Recruiter will be guided by Adjuvant’s company objectives in all responsibilities, which include – </span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Primary Responsibilities:</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">Strategic Vision and Development </span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Design and implement a holistic People / HR strategy across Recruiting, onboarding, performance management and retention</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Build and implement the recruiting strategy for Adjuvant’s ambitious growth expansion across the US, across Clinical roles (Licensed Therapists), Medical roles (APPs), CoCM roles (Care Manager), and Business Development roles </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Optimize Job descriptions, roles and onboarding/offboarding process for various programs across the organization</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Lead ABH’s external brand and marketing strategy, including website management, social media and event strategy in partnership with executive leadership and BD</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Pipeline development for various roles and initiatives as indicated.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">General HR Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Implement a scalable onboarding plan for all new ABH staff members, across all lines of service teams and central functions, ensuring employees are compliant and ramp into their roles quickly and effectively</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Implement the recruiting strategy for Adjuvant’s ambitious growth expansion across the US, across Clinical roles (Licensed Therapists), Medical roles (APPs), CoCM roles (Care Manager), and Business Development roles Oversee ABH Benefits and Equity offerings, and continually ensure our People offerings are competitive and top tier</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Run all HR processes across the company, including bi-weekly Payroll, culture surveys, onboarding and offboarding, etc</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Oversee all ABH candidate and people systems, including Bamboo, GSuite and AMD, ensuring that all our systems are aligned and highly functional</span><br></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Manage disciplinary actions, policy development, payroll, hourly/salary compliance, timekeeping and other daily HR functions as needed</span><br></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">5+ years experience in </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Healthcare</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> HR and Recruiting </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">experience in Healthcare, distributed locations (ideally nationally), and across levels of seniority</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact; self-directed and detail-oriented with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Experience in HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Able to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Able to take initiative and build effective, productive relationships while consistently and positively contributing in a dynamic working environment</span><br></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Compensation & Details</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Salary: $100,000</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Benefits: Medical insurance</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Opportunity to work for a mission-based organization, serving transformational oncology-specific behavioral healthcare</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">100% of roles are remote( within the USA), working from home, with flexible schedules, headquartered in CST timezone</span></li> </ul>
