Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role will be responsible for executing daily HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Support end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Manage onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment letters, contracts, and certificates
3. Payroll & Compensation Support
  • Assist in payroll data preparation including attendance, leave, and claims
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll submission
  • Support benefits administration (insurance, leave, allowances, etc.)
4. Performance Management
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion
  • Track employee KPIs and support performance documentation
  • Assist in implementing performance improvement plans where required
5. Learning & Development
  • Coordinate training programs (internal and external)
  • Track training attendance and maintain training records
  • Support employee development initiatives and learning plans
6. Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters with guidance from HR Manager
7. HR Policies & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Support development and implementation of HR policies and SOPs
  • Participate in HR audits and reporting
8. HR Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc.)
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (both digital and physical)
  • Support any ad-hoc HR projects or initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus
