Guided by our purpose – Shaping the world we imagine – we are building a $4B enterprise while driving sustainable solutions, empowering talent, and creating value for our customers, shareholders, and communities.</p><br><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p><p>As the HR & Payroll Support Specialist, you will support the regional HRBP in the day-to-day activities within HR administration, payroll and HR project management. </p><br><p>Key responsibilities:</p><p>• HR and Payroll support in cooperation with HRBP</p><p>• Operating HR systems and processes</p><p>• Cooperation and securing alignment with Payroll team</p><br><p><b>Duties & Responsibilities</b>:</p><p>• Support HR administration as per daily operational needs</p><p>• Operate in HR systems and programs</p><p>• Contribute to effective internal communication.</p><p>• Administration support to queries related to payroll and time & attendance (address payroll-related questions to Payroll teams and secure a timely follow up, technical support to T&A system)</p><p>• Support payroll process across all countries within scope (providing variable elements in the approved format, clarifying doubts in cooperation with Payroll team)</p><p>• Contribute to the successful execution of the payroll migration project in the countries during implementation phase. This may include clarifying the needs, reporting, data verification, etc.</p><br><p>We search for a person who is:</p><p>• Service oriented</p><p>• Proactive and credible</p><p>• At ease with HRIS</p><p>• Having a problem-solving mindset and good communication skills</p><p>• Approachable, positive and accessible</p><br><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p>• College or university degree, preferably in HR, Economics.</p><p>• 2 years of relevant HR experience and Payroll exposure</p><p>• Experience with Payroll software and Payroll practices (France, Belgium, the Netherlands)</p><p>• French and English mandatory, Dutch would be an asset</p><p>• Workday and SAP experience would be an asset</p><p>• Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>• Location: Cergy (France) / Belgium or the Netherlands possibly remote</p>
