The Outbound Contacts Representative 1 represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues. The Outbound Contacts Representative 1 performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
The Outbound Contacts Representative 2 performs necessary follow-up with members and/or providers. Ensures responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards. Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation, deviation, and/or independent discretion.
Qualifications
1+ year experience working in a call center environment such as heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role
1+ year of customer service experience
Must reside in the state of Florida
Bilingual - English, Spanish. Must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance, must take a language proficiency assessment
Able to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, utilizing multiple shared systems, platforms, and ability to troubleshoot/resolve general technical issues
Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously

Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 5:00 PM Eastern Time

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required
