High-Earning Waiter / Waitress

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Compensation: Base Minimum Wage + High Tips ($5,000 – $6,000+ / month potential)

About Us: Machu Picchu is a high-volume, premier dining destination celebrating authentic Peruvian cuisine. We serve an upscale, international clientele. Because of our incredible foot traffic and premium menu, our servers regularly make an exceptional income in tips.

The Opportunity: We are looking for energetic, charismatic, and experienced Waiters and Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. While we pay the standard base minimum wage, our top-performing servers average $5,000 to $6,000+ per month in tips due to our high check averages and busy shifts.

What We Are Looking For:

• English Fluency (Required): You must be fully fluid and comfortable conversing, explaining menu items, and building rapport with English-speaking tourists and guests.
• Spanish Language (Big Plus): While not strictly required, conversational Spanish skills will give you a massive advantage in communicating with the kitchen staff and local guests.
• Attitude is Everything: Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person! You just need a welcoming personality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to move fast in a busy environment.
