You will manage multidisciplinary content teams and work closely with SEO, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure content supports both user experience and commercial objectives.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Strategic Leadership & Content Direction</strong></p><ul><li><p>Define and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and monetization priorities.</p></li><li><p>Translate market insights, SEO data, and audience behavior into actionable content roadmaps.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the strategy effectively covers key iGaming operators, products, and trends to strengthen market presence.</p></li><li><p>Oversee editorial high-quality and E-E-A-T standards across all brands and languages.</p></li><li><p>Continuously monitor performance and adjust priorities based on ROI and data-driven insights.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Team Management & Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Recruit, train, and manage a multi-level content team (Managers, Writers, Editors).</p></li><li><p>Establish clear roles, KPIs, and development plans for each team member.</p></li><li><p>Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide continuous feedback and mentoring.</p></li><li><p>Promote collaboration and innovation, building a culture of accountability and ownership.</p></li><li><p>Ensure resource allocation matches business priorities across markets and assets.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Content Planning, Validation & Optimization</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review and validate content plans proposed by Content Managers to ensure strategic alignment.</p></li><li><p>Supervise top-page strategies, ensuring regular updates, optimization, and tracking of business keywords.</p></li><li><p>Support the creation of content briefs, ensuring consistency with SEO and business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with SEO teams to maintain keyword coverage and optimize internal linking.</p></li><li><p>Conduct periodic audits of site performance and content effectiveness.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4.
