You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.</p><p></p><p><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Ferguson Industrial is currently seeking</span> an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Quotations Coordinator <b>(Industrial Plastics/HDPE)</b> to join our Industrial Managed Services team. This role is critical to supporting our Industrial business by developing competitive quotations and ensuring alignment with project specifications and customer expectations.</p><p></p><p>Preferred location is La Porte, TX, though candidates outside the area will also be considered for this position.</p><p></p><p><span>The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></p><p>Your specific duties as a Quotations Coordinator will include but is not limited to:</p><ul><li>Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted complies with project requirements</li><li>Developing competitive quotations according to local market strategy</li><li>Maintain profitable margins by utilizing preferred sourcing methods</li><li>Engage with Vendors to negotiate and obtain pricing in a timely manner</li><li>Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up details</li><li>Ensure accurate follow-up and documentation of quotation details</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li>2-3 years’ experience with quotations or inside sales required</li><li>Previous experience and/or knowledge of Industrial Plastics business preferred</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Office 365 required, applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output</li><li>Self-motivated, team and goal oriented</li><li>High aptitude for working independently and self-management</li><li>Ability to effectively multi­task in a highly deadline driven environment</li><li>Strong organization and time management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced oral and written communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p>At Ferguson, we care for each other.
