Job Summary:

Be the face of hospitality at The Magellan Sutera Resort! We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Service Agent fluent in Chinese to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly at check-in and check-out
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and local information
Provide translation support for Mandarin-speaking guests
Handle reservations, payments, and front desk procedures
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or relevant qualification in hospitality
Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) – both spoken and written
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel front office role
Cheerful personality with a guest-first mindset
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
