We’re hiring a Group Product Manager to lead a key product area within our Wholesale Network team and help shape the next generation of wholesale commerce experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining the product strategy and guiding a team of Product Managers responsible for building capabilities that help merchants and brands discover, evaluate, and manage products more effectively across the platform. The work spans structured data, platform integrations, and multi-surface user experiences, and requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to scale both products and teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence the evolution of a global platform used by retailers and suppliers around the world.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the strategy for a major product area within the Wholesale Network platform.
Translate company priorities and customer needs into clear product direction and roadmaps.
Ensure product teams focus on solving meaningful customer problems and delivering measurable outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers.
Help PMs develop strong product judgment, prioritization skills, and customer-centric thinking.
Foster a strong product culture focused on learning, experimentation, and impact.
Ensure product experiences across your area are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with the broader platform strategy.
Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure coordinated delivery.
Support teams in discovery, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact solutions.
Define success metrics and ensure teams are measuring outcomes and learning from results.
Surface risks early and help teams navigate complex tradeoffs.
Championing the voice of merchants and suppliers across the organization.
Contributing to broader product and organizational strategy.
Helping build a product culture that supports collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have a strong track record building and leading product teams responsible for complex software products.
8+ years of experience in product management roles in software companies.
Proven experience leading and developing Product Managers.
Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
Experience working on technically complex products involving structured data, integrations, or platform-level systems.
Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
Experience aligning diverse stakeholders and driving consensus in complex environments.
A track record of delivering products that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Systems thinking, you understand how product surfaces, data models, and workflows interact across a platform.
A leadership style that develops strong product managers rather than directing every decision.
The ability to operate at multiple levels of abstraction, from product vision to detailed execution.
Clear communication that helps teams navigate tradeoffs and align on priorities.
A focus on outcomes over output.

Experience with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale platforms.
