Faith Center Ministries is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team full-time. This role is responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports church services, events, digital platforms, and ministry initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, a heart for ministry, and the ability to translate vision into compelling visuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design creative assets for church services, events, conferences, and outreach initiatives
Create graphics for digital platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, and livestreams
Develop print materials such as flyers, posters, programs, banners, and promotional materials
Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, and the creative team to execute visual concepts
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Assist with creative direction and visual storytelling as needed
Prepare files for print and digital distribution
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics experience is a plus
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
· Experience using Canva for rapid design, templates, and collaborative workflows
· Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms) to enhance creativity, efficiency, and concept development
Ability to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
Portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skill

Experience working in a church, ministry, or nonprofit environment (preferred but not required)
Basic knowledge of social media trends and digital engagement
