You will be responsible for overseeing and executing on the manual fulfillment of prizes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Essential Functions</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Receive digital tickets and fill prizes according to source and procedures</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicate with players regarding prizes as needed including inquires and delivery status</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure internal knowledge base articles are up to date according to process for Modo Box redemption</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide reporting information upon request</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Utilize previous experience to provide feedback and recommendations to optimize and maximize fulfillment efforts</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous eCommerce fulfillment experience required</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supervisory experience is preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organizational and time management abilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Empathetic and player-focused mindset.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactive problem-solver with a passion for improving processes and player experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work cross-functionally while being an advocate for our players, and your team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex/technology issues simply.
