Duties

• Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish
• Operate POS systems such as Square to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve customers with a friendly attitude, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and give correct change using basic math skills
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and food prep areas regularly
• Assist with food safety protocols, including proper food handling and storage practices
• Support food industry standards by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is a plus
• Culinary experience or restaurant background will help you excel in this role
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Customer service experience demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures within the food industry
• Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math to manage transactions confidently
