Flipkart is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Order Processing Team in a work-from-home capacity. As part of our growing e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process online customer orders efficiently.
Verify product availability, pricing, and payment details before order confirmation.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
Update order status in Flipkarts internal system.
Respond promptly to customer queries related to order status, returns, or cancellations.
Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues with minimal supervision.
Maintain accurate order records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order processing efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail under time constraints.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in e-commerce, data entry, or customer service will be an advantage.
