Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Executive to join our team at Jing Wei Hirain Automotive Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial and accounting services to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Support the month-end and year-end closure process
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Provide financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
