Field Conductor & Senior Field Conductor (Field Maintenance Operations)

We are looking for candidates who are interested in the agriculture industry :

Job Description:

• Supervise the Field Maintenance Operation (e.g Weeding, Pest & Disease Control) by ensuring that all annual Field Maintenance Programs are followed
• Supervises and directs activities of workers – Chemical Sprayers (CKS, CDA, Mist blower), Rotoslasher Driver
• Review compliance to Chemical Spraying and Rotoslasher Standards, feedback to workers, and provide training as necessary
• Provide daily Field Maintenance Operation progress updates and plan the work activities with the Estate Management Team
• Must learn how the Chemical Spraying equipment (e.g. CKS, CDA, Mist blower) and Rotoslasher Vehicle operates, its maintenance schedules, operational issues, and conduct basic daily maintenance
• Understands, learns, and uses the digital monitoring and reporting systems implemented by the Company
• Aids in the planning and implementation of new ideas/ improvements to the overall estate management process and to maximize the production quality of fresh fruit bunches per best agricultural practices and the Company’s strategic direction.
• Proactive in identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise.
• Plans and implements efficient work schedules to achieve goals and targets set by Headquarters, able to adapt plans due to unforeseen circumstances
• Regularly communicates with Estate Manager, Estate Assistant Manager, supporting staff and workers
• Estate Location: Sarawak

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of Higher Secondary/ SPM level of education; SKM holders can also apply
• Preference for at least 2 years of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates must display strong leadership qualities, good analytical and problem solving skills; and are proactive, driven, and detail-orientated
• Preferred Language: Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• Computer literate

Remunerations :

· Depending on qualifications and experience, and work performance
