Join our healthcare partner in Lake Isabella, CA, where you can provide exceptional patient care in an emergency setting. This role requires initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision. You'll have the chance to work closely with physicians, triage patients efficiently, and cross-train in other nursing departments as needed.

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing patient care in an emergency setting
• Triaging patients safely, rapidly, and accurately
• Communicating effectively with physicians about patient status
• Cross-training in other nursing departments as needed
• Floating to Med Surg if required

Requirements for this role include:

• Current California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 2+ years of recent ER experience preferred
• Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (T-System and CPSI)
• Ability to pass a nursing medication test
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface professionally with patients, staff, and the public
• Basic computer skills
• Need 2 years experience in setting
